I'm going to buy a new PC for designing purpose, especially 3D rendering. I use 3D programs like Maya, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro. I think I need a pretty good GPU, CPU and RAM. My budget is 1700€, but I could go up to 2000€. Should I buy a more expensive Intel CPU with a better single core performance or take an AMD Ryzen with a better GPU, also how much RAM do I need? I heard that 32 GB isn't enough. (I don't want to spend money on a fancy case or LEDs, I prefer good cooling and performance)
Last question: Is it worth it to buy a new pc right now or should I wait a bit more?

Regards
Noah

Your starting point is the software that you intend to use.

Most software products/applications have a listing with respect to hardware requirements. Generally listed as minimal, recommended, and best.

You do not want minimum. Go for "recommended" with as much of "best" as you can afford within your stated budget range.

As for your "worth it" question. Doubt that that can be truly answered....

Difficult to predict what sellers may do with respect to pricing any given products or components.

And the all too likely holiday "specials" may skew things. Yes you might find a good price for some minimal component - but, again, you do not want that.

Try to find some websites that show components, the pricing, and pricing history. May provide a bit of guidance.
