I'm So Utterly Confused with frequent loss of connection.

For the past few hours my internet has been cutting in and out every few seconds. I'm not losing connection just simply dropping to 0kb/s and then back up again. I tried rolling back my ethernet cable driver and the re-installing it. Upon re-installing the new driver my internet stabilized completely. I then tried stopping the download and boom, crashes again. It's very strange, here's an image.

All devices. The circuit is having issues.

Might be better to call your ISP at this point, if you haven't done that yet.

If it's affecting all devices it makes no sense to try and fix the problem by rolling back or re-installing network drivers on your PC.

The cause of the problem is obviously somewhere outside your PC.

Could be a faulty router or modem so try a new one or at least borrow one first to test if that's the cause.
