I just got new RAM and a motherboard for my pc I put the ram in the computer and when I booted my computer it goes straight to the BIOS menu and it wont leave. Ive restarted multiple times and ive checked all the cables. I made sure my keyboard wasnt stuck on the BIOS key and my computer recognizes that the hard drive is plugged in. Anyone have ideas?

I think you are using a UEFI bios thats on your new mother board
If your HDD is a basic non ssd type HDD you are sort not up to date
Theres a way you need to find the CSM
Compatability Support Module option in your bios and enable it
Hopefully that solves it even though some mobos fully encourage ssds and dont even do the CSM function properly so do update us for further information and maybe we can sort it out

I looked up his manual and the bios is very basic, and I find the manual itself confusing somewhat on how to set up his drives. Take a look. https://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?Model=J4005B-ITX
