i'm stuck on bottleneck

Cpu: 4770k 4.5(oc)
Gpu: gtx1080 strix o8g
mem is DDR3 800Mhz 12gb

when i play battlefield1, my cpu clock speed goes up to 4.45ghz
but my GPU Usage get stuck on between 70% and 80%
sometimes get down to 60%

is it problem with ram speed or less overclocked cpu?

Are any of your CPU cores maxing out at 100% usage? If a single thread is maxing out any core. Then you reached your CPU's limit for that game.

yes my cpu up to 95%

ram and cpu work together so iam pretty sure that the cpu is being bottlenecked by the ram speed even though it does not seem like it

Well BF1 is pretty heavy on CPU.
4770k will hold GTX 1080 on 1080p, but you should be getting well over 60 fps.
Also BF1 benifits from faster RAM and dual channel mode what you unfortunately dont have with different size RAM sticks.

That's why BF 1 and all frostbite games have resolution scaling up to 200% they don't need that much GPU to run.

Having a lower GPU usage isn't inherently a problem, but what it means is that you can raise graphical settings some more and have absolutely zero negative impact on your framerates.

If the game isn't running smoothly, that's a problem.

You can use resolution scale inside video settings and set it to 134% what will give you 1440p resolution and lower Lightning effects to Medium and also Post Processing to Medium.

I'm always set the option 2k res and 100%scale and the rest to ultra
