I'm Stupid Disregard this

I lost windows 10 due to corrupted files. I installed an ISO from Microsoft and burnt it to a disk. It said my PC needs to be repaired and stuff. So I checked everything and it was all good. I tried a USB with Rufus and it could not complete. Does anybody know how to help me? Thanks in advance

Looks like you'll have to do clean install.
Note: "PC needs to be repaired" is referring to windows not hardware.
Did you download exactly same version of W10 as installed one. Home/pro, single/multi language/same language, 32/64 bit etc. ?

Just discovered it was the disk burner I used. Thanks though! I appreciate that greatly.
