Im stupid just made my windows bricked what an i do?

I just wish i never done this but i went to MSCONFIG and change my boot settings to normal boot up normally it was slective startup. so after i changed it and reboot it it just sends me a BSOD right away with this error code. 0xc00000e look i know the only you can fix it is by backup by creation tool BUT i have another error AGAIN AND AM SO FRUSTRATED whenever i try to download creation tool it gives me an error "there was a problem starting up the setup" my flash drive is 16gb and ive tried atching other vids but no luck, and i guess this is my last if anyone can help me PLS.

Well just change it back to selective? Also just check what causes your error, download microsoft sdk tools and open the minidump. Check youtube vids for it.

with the usb issue the program from ms it formatting the stick and the stick not coming back right after the format so the program errors out. try doing a full format on the usb stick or pull the stick and reset it or do a quick format if it wont show up in the middle of making windows boot usb stick or try another brand of sticks. also use the slowest usb port on your rig.
