Question I'm suddenly getting Intermittent BSODs ?

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3600
GPU: RTX 3080
RAM: Couldn't quite remember the model but 2 pairs of different ram, total 48GB.

I had 3 intermittent BSODs this week. First bsod happened randomly when I was playing a game that I have been playing for weeks without issues (Monster Hunter World). 2nd bsod iirc happend immediately when restarting from the first bsod. And the third bsod happened when I exited from Monster Hunter World today. I already updated my graphics drivers.

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured just before or at the time of the BSODs.

Reliability History/Monitor is end user friendly and the timeline format may reveal patterns.

Event Viewer requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.

Give Microsoft/Windows a chance to do some "cleaning up".

Before doing anything be sure that all important data is backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the system in question. Verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.

First run the various troubleshooters - the troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Second run "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to find and fix file problems.

l will defer to @ubuysa regarding memory dump interpretations.

Likely that there will be some overlap between the memory dump and the error logs.
 
Thanks for the dumps. They suggest that this may well be a RAM issue. You have three different bugchecks in three different operations, the common denominator is RAM. One of the dumps fails with a 0xC000005 exception (invalid memory access) even.

I can see from the dumps that you have mismatched RAM. There are two sticks of 8GB Corsair CMH32GX4M2D3600C18 RAM and two sticks of 8GB G.Skill F4-3200C16-8GVGB RAM. It is MOST unwise to mix RAM even if the specs look the same. RAM should always be bought as a pack of matched sticks.

I suggest that you remove one pair of RAM sticks - it looks from the slot arrangement that the G.Skill were added later, so I would remove these two and see whether the system is stable.
