I'm thinking about to buy the new desktop case instead of Pc game software.. Is it correct for buying new component?

Only if you get correct incentive for buy new software, otherwise obtain new desktop case. Also, helps better to see where discounts are deepest.

Games start expensive and wind up in the bargain bin eventually. Case prices don't change a whole bunch. If you've got the patience, you can pick up the game later, for less, and hopefully less bugs.
