Solution
IAMEXTREME has provided a solid Haswell build for you, but in case you want to stick with your (technically outdated) Ivy Bridge build, I own the exact same motherboard and CPU, so I thought I'd be able to answer your question more directly.

I can tell you that I have that exact same motherboard and CPU and it works great. ASUS is a reliable brand, and besides reliability, motherboards are really only differentiated by their features (# of USB ports, SATA ports, PCIe lanes, overclocking functionality, etc.), and ASUS's site is pretty explicit about the features the motherboard has.

As far as Ivy Bridge motherboards go, it has pretty much every feature you could ask for. For my personal uses, it is kind of overkill, and I wish I had spent some more of my motherboard money on my GPU. But your experience may be different with your particular usage. Do you have any specific questions about the board I can answer?
