I'm thinking to buy
Gigabyte gtx 1650 4gb oc with i3 9100f(9th gen desktop processor) , corsair 8gb ddr4 ram and Asus Intel 8th Gen DDR4 HDMI VGA Micro ATX Motherboards (Prime H310M-E R2.0)
Is it good?
I'm expecting 60fps constant with 1600x900 display (60hz)

Here is your GPU & CPU bench marked in 10 games. A different mobo & 16GB of RAM but it's similar. Here is another video with the same CPU but with the "Super" version of the 1650 GPU testing 29 games. Again, they had 16GB of RAM.

Whats your max "realistic" budget and whats the rest of the system going to look like? What PSU are you looking at?

Cooler master mwe 450w psu and I have old cabinet, hard disk with ssd

A 1650 super is a much better buy for a gaming system and some models are not much over a standard 1650.

I just bought my son a PNY GeForce GTX 1650 Super for the same price as a regular 1650 after a discount it had as a standard 1650.

It will run games fine, but at lower settings and FPS.

Thanks buddy, as u said I have returned gtx 1650 normal and brought Asus tuf gaming gtx 1650 super overclocked to 1800
I hope it can run now all

If you prefer Intel over AMD then go 10th gen as the i3/i5's are hyperthreaded.

Hard to say as each game & system is different. Whats the exact resolution? 1600x900?

Here's your 9100 & 1660 tested against 20 games @ 1080p & 16GB. I would strongly suggest you go with 16GB as well as 8GB is the bare minimum now a days.
