I'm upgrading my build, but is it worth it?

Hello everyone, I'm going to finalize my build by doing some extra upgrades. I want to upgrade my cpu (and motherboard because i need to), my case and maybe purchase watercooling as well.
this is my current built
AMD FX-8320 upgrading to i5 6600
Asus M5A97 R2.0 upgrading to Asus B150-PLUS D3
R9 290 4GB (stock cooler)
Toshiba DT01ACA100, 1TB
Sharkoon VG4-W Zwart upgrading to NZXT Noctis 450
Cooler Master Hyper 103 upgrading to Noctua NH-U9B SE2
Kingston HyperX Fury blu HX318C10FK2/8
Kingston KVR16N11S8K2/8
Cooler Master GM G750M

I already know everything is okay in terms of power. I'm also pretty sure everything fits inside the case and in the motherboard.
But my main question is will this really be a changing upgrade? Is it just a teenie weenie bit better or will it really make a noticable difference?
if not then please give me some suggestions (around the same price range) that will really make a difference.

two final things; i know the main difference between the h440 and the n450 is just the look but that's exactly why im going for the n450, i like it.
and is going watercooled a good idea for me?

Much love and appreciation for you guys and thanks in advance for your help ;D

As someone who has both air- and watercooled (otherwise) similar systems, I can tell you that the air-cooled one is much quieter. These new heatsinks really make heat transfer and dissipation easy, and watercooling adds the noise of the pump itself, in addition to the radiator fan noise. One can argue that watercooling offers greater thermal stability to spikes in load/temperature because the fluid has a greater thermal inertia, but even under heavy CPU load I still have to encounter a practical situation where the fan became significantly louder in the air-cooled system. Besides, the same fluid has to cool off, and after the CPU load went away there is quite a bit of warm fluid running through the pipes, before it has a chance to cool, potentially keeping your system at a higher temperature for a while.

im guessing that what you're getting at is that with a cpu like the one im buying it might just be a better idea to buy a good noctua or something similar?

thanks, i already had a feeling it might just be ;D
i guess that awnsers of the questions :)
