Im using windows 7 and when i try to change setting on my allowed programs on firewall the option is greyed out

I am admin so i don't know why it is not working

Is there some other software such as a anti-virus that is also your firewall?

I've tried disabling my antivirus and that didnt change anything

Is this computer part of a domain, or was it ever part of a domain? And if it is part of a domain are you the domain admin on the computer or local admin?
