I bought new graphic card, the Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super OC and my passmark score is very low compared to the average.

My setup:
Ryzen 3 2200g @3.8Ghz
Biostar x370 GT3
Memory ram 3200Mhz

I wouldn't worry about it. You have one that is 91% of other 1660s. Might be from your CPU, or there are a few 1660s that are clocked higher. In any case I wouldn't worry about it. 9% isn't worth trying to track down.
