I'm wondering if all the components will run fine together

I'm wondering if these new components will run well with my desktop. The only components that i'm re-using from my old build are the ones that have no links, which is in the small paragraph listed below without links.

My graphics card is a gefore 640 and uses a pci e x8 and the hard-drive i'd use runs on sata II 3.0gbs. The hard-drive is 500gbs.

What are ALL your current parts and budget for upgrades? The GT640 is pretty terrible, and it's important to know what psu you have.
