New build with I 5 6600,Asus mother board.
I'm working on new build and want to use my current video card nvdia GTX 260. Mother board Assus z17-A which has PCI express . Is the on board video equally or better that my GTX 260?

it should work. i got my gtx260 to work in my ASUS B85M-G motherboard, which has a PCI-E(Express).
if you play games, then the GTX 260 is better, otherwise, if you don't play games, the intergrated graphics should be fine

Yes the 260 is better than the HD 530 that is integrated into Skylake

Thanks I will use the GTX 260 and have room to upgrade latter with pcie video card.

Do you see any connection problem, using my Corsair TX850W power r supply on the Asus Z170-A mother board?

Shouldn't be no, and the PSU will handle any single GPU as well as most in SLI or XFire 😉
