Im young (14) and on a budget.

You might be able to get medium settings in those games. The 6670 (not a powerful card at all) is only the ddr3 version, so I would be more comfortable saying you will end up with playable FPS on low settings in those games.

Go here

Upgrade the CPU to a Intel G645
Upgrade the RAM to 8GB
And Upgrade the Graphics card to AMD HD 7770

I know it's more expensive, but it is at the very least twice as powerfull as the PC you linked.

The 7850 in this will run bf3 and skyrim on medium at 60+FPS and high at 45+ FPS

I added a micro atx case for the smaller mother board, so it's now £410

I was just wondering if the parts you stated are all compatible, like i said, im new and was just wondering, i dont want to buy parts that wont coincide with each other.

yes it would the G860 is more to keep the price down. if you have more cash to burn go with this one
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Generation-i5-3570K-3-40GHz-Technology/dp/B007RUZKK6/ref=pd_sim_computers_2/278-9725206-8653556

the K there means that it is unlocked it can be overclocked if you want to, this is a very good cpu. in my opinion it is better to wait a bit get more money and get a better case and a better mother board. because the micro atx doesn't leave much for upgrades in the future.

any sandy bridge or ivy bridge i3 would work as long as it has a 1155 socket , and stay away from any kind of ram over 1.5 volts you should be fine.

1.5v RAM is standard RAM and is what is intended for intel sandy bridge & ivy bridge. 1.65V RAM is non-standard RAM that is too many volts for Sandy Bridge. There is also 1.35V RAM including a very nice set sold by samsung that overclock incredibly well on intel when overvolted to 1.5V. So 1.5V DDR-1600 RAM is what you want, yes.
