Imac colours reversed

My daughter just fiddled with my keyboard and now the colours seem to have reversed - I have a black background with white writing and the desktop, screen saver, icons and other graphics look like negatives - anyone have any ideas?

I think it's alt + Apple + 8 or something to change that back.
