Question Image issues 3d applications

Really wasn't sure what sort of issue this is. Making a guess its with the gpu.

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.61 GHz
OS: Windows 11 Pro
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z690-P
PSU: Corsair RM1000x
- the whole machine is 3months old

I'm getting weird flashing blocks in games but no where else.

I have already tried clean uninstalls and re-installing everything. Any ideas even of just what to look into would be helpful

Troubleshooting steps to do:

1. Run GPU bench and look if artifacting is present in bench as well. E.g Unigine Superposition: https://benchmark.unigine.com/superposition
2. Take out your GPU and plug your monitor to MoBo. Look if you still have graphical artifacts. Here it would be nice if a game (small one), that produces artifacts can also be run on weak iGPU, to see if issue goes away with iGPU.
3. Plug your GPU into 2nd PC and look if it produces same artifacts.
4. Take 2nd, known to work GPU and look if artifacts remain.

These above are to test if the issue is with your RTX 3060 and it would be best if you could do all of them. But first two are good enough to point towards GPU issue, if there is any. While the latter two can confirm/deny it once and for all.
