Image my temps ok?

So I have recently just built my pc with a 120mm fan water cooled and it idled around 17c and on average 19c. I was just wandering if that is a good or bad temp to be in.

is it only me but i get a feeling where they know it is good but they do it just for the sake of it or for bragging?

of course we all need a little chest thumping when we achieve something in life...

and for the record, My dual2core Quad Q8600 in the shed the last few days has been running at 10-15'c and it is air cooled... and yes the ambient temp is about 5'c outside and no shed is not heated. lol
