You don't need to "get" Windows photo viewer. It's ALWAYS been there, it's just been "hidden". The only thing you need to do is find it...

These photos are still stored on the phone, or have you copied them into the PC?

well...1 second going from one image to the next is certainly not disastrous.
Given that you have a reasonably recent CPU, and a fast drive....it is what it is.
one second is fast with you , but two second is so slow with any speed load image , just one or two but huge distance , and really one is big problem , but mr Pika , English to hard with me , please help me to know riddle of steel

One second? There is no problem here. That's completely normal. Are these images stored on a hard drive or an SSD? If they are on a hard drive, then that is probably where the (VERY minor) lag is coming from. If you can't tolerate it, then I'd suggest buying an SSD and moving the pictures to there in order to eliminate the lag between views or when loading.

If they ARE already on an SSD, then I'd suggest maybe doing a clean install, or cleaning up windows, or disabling virus and malware checking for your pictures folder by creating an exception for that folder in your virus and malware utility so that it doesn't have to validate each picture before it allows it to load.

Making sure that your chipset and storage controller drivers and firmware are up to date wouldn't hurt either.

What application are you using to view these images?

You don't need to "get" Windows photo viewer. It's ALWAYS been there, it's just been "hidden". The only thing you need to do is find it.

And if you want to add "preview with Windows photo viewer" to the Windows right click context menu, which is much faster than having to "open" ANY kind of application just to preview something, you can do so with this.

You can do it manually, or add it automatically to the registry using the winaero script.
