Images in my browsers don't load correctly and have artifacts, do i have a case of GPU artifacts or something else?

Admittedly i have a very old laptop so its very likely, thing is , it doesn't affect games or anything else, just images on browser, they don't load correctly and i have to ctrl+ F5 them multiple times to do so, this is how they look like

for me it feels more like the browsers prevent them from loading for more than 0.1 seconds

uhm... i admit this is an awkward case of artifacts...
Do this happends even in games or looking videos? you know any other sort of task that quite requieres the GPU help?
Whats your GPU temperature?
What gpu are you currently using? whats the maximum temperature you remember that it reached?

It doesn't happen in games at all, although games are crashing recently with fault modules appearing to be related to nvidia drivers but thats another problem entirely.... but at least when temperature gets high they usually slow down or stops working, is what i am trying to say, no artifacts .
Sometime it happens in ""gifs"" that are actually video files in sites like imgur etc, but not as frequent as images
GPU temp is 55.0C , maximum i remember is something like 77 but it could have been higher, and my card is GT520M , a very old and shitty one i know, but it's not like i can replace GPU in laptops

i usually keeps my laptop in a cool place and placing fans under it to keep it from getting too hot

I would hoenstly take it a trustable store and purchase a new GPU for the laptop... It quite seems like there is no much to do and its not a config thing or something that can have an easy fix by simply opening the Laptop...

Thanks for advices.
You know what, now things getting weirder and now i am sure that GPU doesn't have anything to do with it after all.
i mentions that this only happens in browsers as if the browsers themselves cut the connection real fast and stop the imaged from loading completely.

Now this is happening to pages themselves, they don't load completely and in some cases show me some gibberish that i believe is the SOURCE CODE OF THE PAGE!
Like, i press F5, they load for 0.1 seconds and then stop, no matter the connection, no matter how fast my internet is , they refuse to load it completely and be patient

It's not like the RAM is busy or anything , and it's not browser specific, same issue happen in Opera and Chrome
