Question Images not loading in any web browser ?

Randomly, images on certain sites like netflix for example don't load, it says:
"The FetchEvent for "<URL>" resulted in a network error response: the promise was rejected." That's what it says in "inspect element" alongside many other errors. I reinstalled browser, cleared settings, cookies and cache. nothing has worked. This happens in all my web browsers.

what is the dns server?

malware scan your system?

It is my university DNS and I did a scan, no issues.

talk to your fellow student to see if they have the same issue or just your system

how full is your storage?
try running browser without any externsion?
what is your anti-virus/malware software?

my storage is just over half full across all drives, i tried with reset settings so default with no extension and i use bitdefender.

No idea what sort of internet connection your using do you have a friend with a laptop that can come in and connect to your service?

and exactly how full on each drive?
half full across all drives doesn't tell us anything. you could be out of space on c and empty on d

test in safe mode?

C is main (500gb m.2 ssd 200gb free) secondary is 2tb HDD 650gb free, third is normal 1TB ssd 400gb free and fourth is an extra slow HDD just in case 500gb, 200gb free.

update, the issue stopped on netflix but is still apparent on certain sites.

can't see why it only block you and not anyone else.
have you try using another dns server?

This is usually cause by adblocker extensions\Filters.
