Images tumbnails not shown

I tried everything but still see icons not tumbnails. Is there any software available for this problem please tell me anyone......?

What format are the images (eg JPG, TIFF etc)?

When in a pictures folder, click the down arrow at top-right on the toolbar and select Medium, Large or Extra large Icons

If pictures are in a proprietary format (eg RAW from a digital SLR) Windows cannot show them as thumbnails but some camera manufacturers (eg Olympus) provide a plugin to fix that.
