ImgBurn - Power Calibration Error

I am burning video DVD's using ImgBurn and I am constantly getting the error 'Failed to write sectors 0 - 31 Reason Power Calibration Error. What does this mean and how do i fix it.

TL : DR - You either have a failing/dirty drive or are using cheap media.
