I have 2 HDD, a 500meg and a 2TB . When I installed linux it installed on the 2TB drive. I am switching to an SSD and want to consolidate my Win10 and Linux on it, how can I immage the two operating systems to the SSD and have them bootable?

Total data amount in larger disk has to be less than free space in target disk
If you already have windows on smaller disk, it would be better to keep Linux on that larger one and separate from windows, they don't like each other and update of one of them frequently would render the other one unusable.
That's what I do anyway, there are some super cheep SSDs now to which to install and keep Linux if you must.
