Immediate hardware failure when stress testing cache on i7 6700k (AIDA64)

I have overclocked my i7 6700k to 4.5ghz at 1.32 volts and tested cpu for stability which went fine. I won't even touch FPU test on AIDA because of the fact that FPU and prime 95 small ffts HATE the Skylake series and core #1 jumps to 100c in both tests.I'm more concerned about he cache testing. I can test memory with xmp on and cpu test but the second I try a cache test 1 second into the test it detects a hardware failure.

Any suggestions? I know its not temps I have a fractal design s24 and the cpu never hits over 60C.

I figured it out. For whatever reason I cannot push this chip past 4.4 ghz without upping the voltage substantially and after that it's minimal gains for the temperature increases that I see. Oh well didn't win the silicon lottery this time ^^
