Solution
What site is that? Do not buy the FSP, period. If I have the site I can possibly configure something to give you an alternate option for your needs. Just looking at that build, I wouldn't bother with the added cooler. You have a regular 4670 Cpu on a B85 motherboard. Heat won't be an issue for that processor. If you were to upgrade to a "k" series cpu and z87 motherboard, then you could overclock and you'd want a better cooling solution.
for a complete rig with 1x GPU (wouldnt rely on it fo sli - could get away with 650w maybe, but would feel more secure with atleast 750w minimum) 650W is more than enough for additional fans and overclocking as well.

Get the Corsair, don't compromise your computers integrity with cheap crap psus. Theres too much writen on noname brands, if the psu goes, so does the rest of your system.

Corsair are one of the highly recommended brands.
