Hi, I have a 3yr old HP Envy 700-500na PC fitted with two hard drives, my main drive is a 3’5”, 3T Seagate & the other is a 16GB SanDisk mSATA SSD drive which since yesterday morning is in the state of imminent failure. The drive designation of the SSD is: Recovery Image: (D
According to the PC’s salesman, the SSD contains the software for the boot process and the standard 3T drive for everything else, therefore, how do I transfer all the files from the SSD and onto a replacement SSD.
Please explain any answers in plain English as I am far from a technical genius.
The SSD Model number is: SDSA6DM-016G-1000B)
Interface: serial ATAIII
Form Factor: mSATA.
Memory Type: MLC
Thank you, Paul
