Sales taxes are a universal tax your country has decided to apply to all sales (sometimes food and clothing are excepted).

Import duties are additional fees and levies your country has decided to impose on the import of certain goods. Usually to protect the domestic industry which sells the same product (protectionism), or in retaliation for when your country believes another country is unfairly subsidizing said product (dumping). The only way to get around it is to find a friend vising another country and have him buy it for you there, then bring it back to your country under his duty-free allowance. Usually you're allowed to bring a few hundred dollars worth of stuff purchased in other countries duty-free. It's meant to be an exception for gifts and souvenirs.

I live in Albania. I was just curius why the import fees on that specific product was more than the price of the headphones.
