Import from Usa to India.

Hey guys I want to know that are there any taxes on the things that I bring with myself from USA to India

I want to bring a Graphic Card(only one) that too myself.
I want to know that will I be charged with any custom duties,taxes . If yes then How much??
Graphics card are too overpriced in India .Sometimes the difference stretch up to 20000 INR.
That is too much.
Please tell me Can I bring the Graphic Card(gtx 1060 ) with myself in the luggage?

You should find out form the Indian government or airport officials about any duties on items brought into the country. There is certainly taxes, but when they are applied and how strict they are searching for items brought from over-seas you want to get some local info on.

I know people that travel overseas to countries with duties/tariffs/taxes on imported goods and they all try to sneak items in as "paperwork" rather than computer equipment. Of course I would not really recommend trying that yourself, getting caught lying on import tax forms or fees would probably have some nasty consequences for you.
