[SOLVED] Importance of CAS in a mid-range build?

Hi,

I'm building my first PC, and I think I've pretty much got all the parts locked down.

However, someone here on THF pointed out that the RAM i've chosen are 19 CAS, and that I should look for 16 instead. Now, I'm not going for some really high end build, but I am spending quite a chunk, and I don't want to cheap out on anything important. So, my question is: How important is 16 CAS compared to 19 in a 'more than capable' mid-range build?

The difference where I'm at is around 30 USD, so it's not the world, but I'm trying to trim down the cost as much as possible.

This is the system I'm going for. This is one of the possible RAM upgrades.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MOBO: MSI B450M Gaming Plus Max
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x8GB 3600MHz
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB GAMING OC
SSD: Crucial P1 1TB M.2
PSU: Corsair TX650M
CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower

The possible RAM upgrade is basically the same, but with CAS 16 instead of 19.
16 is better, specially for Ryzen. It should be worth 30 bucks.

Can't see the system but yes, that much difference in Cas is important if they are same frequency. It also shows difference in RAM quality.
