Importance of case design?

For the past week or so, I planned on buying an Arc Midi after Christmas, however my neighbor went ahead and gave me a nice Centurion 5. I was just wondering if the case can provide adequate airflow for this build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/talo) or should I just replace my current case with the Centurion and get the Midi for the new build?

It should provide adequate airflow with a front intake fan and rear exhaust although not the best.

It'll make a big difference, if it restricts airflow.

It can also make the build itself hellaciously rough, and restrict the amount of cable management you can do.
