[SOLVED] Importance of DRAM in SSD

Hello, I'm looking for another SSD and I placed an order for WD SN550(The new NVME drive) but cancelled it because I saw it didn't have DRAM cache. I'm wondering - how important is DRAM in modern SSD? Specwise the WD SN550 is really fast but I don't know if not having DRAM will collapse its longevity, or cause other problems etc?

The WD SN550 is a very good SSD, just read the reviews. A DRAM cache is not as important on an NVME SSD as it is on a SATA SSD and it will not affect its longevity. The WD SN550 has a 5-year warranty just like any SSD with a DRAM cache.
