The twin 650 ti Boost or the easy win by almost 20%

As you can see here, the pair of 650 Ti Boosts is 2% faster than the 7970 Ghz Edition
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_650_Ti_Boost_SLI/21.html

Whereas the 760 is 17% slower than a 7970 Ghz @ 1920 x 1080
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_760/27.html

Of course, the 760 leaves room for another 760 down the road.

The 760 system does come with Haswell tho which while has no discernable performance advantage if overclocking, it is using the new socket
