so i assembled a pc with core i5 4440
Sapphire r9 270x 2gb oc edition attached via dvi to my monitor
gigabyte h81ms1
corsair vs550
kingston hyper x blue 1X8gb
THEN---
first installed windows 8.1 32bit and used it without drivers for 1/2 an hour then installed drivers that came in bundled cd which gave me flickering pixels all over the screen and artifacts after that i installed fresh copy of windows 8.1 64 bit and installed new latest drivers via driver detect(AMD)
but the flickering pixels and artifacts came again so is it my os , graphic card or anything else coz as per this forum recommended me i have sent my graphic card to the local dealer to change and new will come tommorow so please tell me it was not the fault of mobo psu and windows
moreover connections were checked twice and cables were checked too with another graphic card
