Important specs for Desktop 3d Rendering

What are the specification needed for a desktop fit for faster rendering.

CPU, which is more important, Ghz or Core? What intel would you prefer.
Motherboard - As of now, i found this ASUS ATX DD3 3000(O.C) X99 - Deluxe. Is this okay or do you have any suggestions to buy?
VideoCard -- As for this, I am planning to buy Nvidia Quadro K2200. Which is way better? K2200 or K4000? will this greatly affect the rendering?

Which is more important in rendering: CPU, motherboard or videocard?

Cooling System
SSD - What particular brand can you recommend me to buy?

Faster than what? Using what software? Is the software CUDA enabled? Budget?

You generally want more cores to have higher parallelism. The motherboard will be dependent on the CPU choice. You want more RAM for a workstation type build than for a gaming build. Video card would depend somewhat on the software choice and if it is CUDA enabled.
