Improve my build?

I was wondering if this will be able to play the newer games that are coming out right now with at least decent specs. I am willing to go up to $800 to improve this build if absolutely necessary, but would really prefer not to. I already have all of the peripherals I want, and an OS, I just need the hardware.

If there's anything else you need to know, please ask.

The only thing to add would be either ssd or GTX970 upgrade. It's a great build. That's an odd but good price on that mobo.
