My spec:

CPU : Ryzen 5 2400g (oc to 3.9Ghz, voltage reduced to 1.3)
GPU : Vega 11 (Stock)
Cpu fan : Wraith Stealth
RAM : Adata Gammix D10 1x 8GB DDR4 3000mhz
Mobo : Gigabyte B450M DS3H
PSU : CM MWE 500W 80Plus
Case : CM Masterbox Q300L
SSD : Kingston A400 120GB
HDD : 1TB WD Blue (did not arrive yet)

I planned to buy a new CPU cooler, add another stick of RAM and add either GTX1050ti or 1060 6GB later.

I mainly use this PC for gaming. Most games works fine but in certain games I get below 30 fps like Monster Hunter World and Final Fantasy 15 even at the lowest settings 720p.

My question is which GPU is more suitable for games above (I don't mind 720p) at playable fps (at least 30fps stable). And what CPU cooler did you recommend that will fit my case?

Also I can't get into BIOS. Probably because I choose Ultra Fast Boot in BIOS and it boot less than 2 seconds. It wont give me a chance to get into BIOS. Is there any other way I can get into BIOS?

Thanks in advance.

It depends where you live. The gtx1060 6gb is slightly better than rx580. In North America the gtx1060 6gb, is about 50$ more expensive.

I would suggest to go with the 1060 if you can afford it, the 1050ti are not as great anymore.
For bios, you either keep restarting PC while spamming del/F1... Sometimes it's f2, or you could download motherboard utility software which should have an option to restart into bios.

An independent GPU will get you much better performance, you'll get the frames you want.

This would be ideal. Added a good quality budget PSU with more power. I don't see issues with your PSU handling current system with an rx580 upgrade... But it's better to run something around 550w+ for that card.

If you want to keep your PSU, go for rx570, they are better than 1050s.

And gtx1050ti are not worth it today, unless it's a PSU issue.

Don't get any other cpu cooler, invest in Ram instead or GPU. Cooler is good enough for moderate over clock in stock configuration

I don't think I'll ever buy any AMD GPU in here (Malaysia). Their price is just ridiculously expensive. The one that you mentioned is weaker than GTX 1060 6GB (I might be wrong) and yet it's price is 200$ higher over here.
