Improve upload speed

Hi. I want to put some files on cloud storage and I chose mega for it. As I'm uploading my files I've got an average speed of 120 KB/s. I want to improve this speed.
When I Ctrl+Alt+Supr and put task administrator my Internet connection is at 36 Mbps and my net usage is like 3%. Is there a way to upscale my upload speed? Is mega limiting my upload speed as I've got a free account? Am I relating unrelated stuff when I think there's a relation between net usage and upload speed? Thanks in advance

Your upload speed will be determined by 2 things; your ISP and that allowed by Mega. Give me a sec and I'll log into my Mega account and have you check your settings.

Give your ISP more money.

Go to your Mega settings page and click none under Upload Speed Limit (if it isn't already). I know I had to change mine to that and it helped me. There are a few other settings there you can change as well. I also maxed out my upload and download connections.

I truly don't know. I'm not the one who deals with the company, but I assume I get what my parents pay for. I've got Wi-Fi

You really need to give us some more information to be honest.

The 3% you're seeing in task manager is just the utilization of local connection and not 3% of your upload speed

Without knowing what you are supposed to be getting, what you are getting, how you're getting it, and how you're testing it...no one can really provide any meaningful suggestions. There might not even BE a problem.
