Improve Working Environment

I'm looking for way to improve my working area, things like adding a plant to keep the air fresh and help me stay focused. Any suggestions to improve my working space would be great.

Better lighting. I would recommend some 5000K, 100W equivalent LED bulbs - really lights up the room.

Great suggestion, I will definitely get some. These incandescent bulbs get pretty warm.
