Improved graphics card to go with my Intel i7 4790

I know this question has been asked before or similar to it but I am seeking an opinion which is up-to-date and based around my individual needs.

I've recently updated from on AMD A10 5800 to an Intel i7-4790. The move as being great for computer power but it lacks the same graphic quality of the AMD. It's not surprising because that's what most of the reviews have said.

I do not play games. My work on the computer is mainly using Firefox web browser & Family Tree Maker for my genealogy, and a random selection of business types software. For the graphics side of things I use PhotoShop Element's just to do some basic tweeting of my photos & watching videos. It is in this latter area that I particularly noticed that the i7 lacks. I tried playing around with the settings but it doesn't really make that much difference.

With that in mind can someone recommend me a budget card say under £100 that I might like. There are just so many to choose from and it is a completely daunting task.

Check out the GTX 750Ti, it's an excellent card that consumes very little power.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I have been reading some reviews on the old turn out to be quite good. It is how however about 25% over my budget. I have been looking at the hierarchal chart on Tom's Hardware but this I find quite confusing. The integrated graphics of the AMD was given as Radeon 7660 HD. My purpose is that it was quite satisfactorily so I'm just looking for something equivalent or a little bit better.

At the moment the Intel graphics with the i7 is dull and lifeless.

Long-term, even though a GTX 750Ti is a little more than you would like to pay for a graphics card, if you keep your computer on for a respectable amount of hours every day, you could actually make up for the difference between a GTX750Ti and a $20 cheaper AMD card.
