Hey there, I'm putting together a video editing / color grading workstation and I'd like to know if I should go for 3200Mhz ram or just stick with a cheaper 3000mhz option and put the money into something else.

current plan for the build:
Cpu: ryzen 2700x
Cooler: nzxt kraken x62
Mobo: asus prime x470 pro

Ram:
- 2 x G.SKILL 32GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200MHz CL14 KIT F4-3200C14D-32GTZR (samsung bdie)

OR

-2 x G.SKILL 32GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 3000MHz CL14 KIT F4-3000C14D-32GTZR (samsung bdie as well)

i'm open for other recommendations.

Graphics: msi armor rtx 2070
Storage: 250 gigs Samsung 860 evo sata - system
1tb Samsung 860 evo sata - software
250gigs 860 evo sata - cache and project files
1 tb Samsung 970 evo m.2 nvme - for footage in use
2x 4 tb of seagate barracuda pro hdd - archive and stuff

Case: lian li o11 dynamic
Psu: seasonic focus plus 750W platinum (extra question: would 650w enogh for this build or am I better off with the more headroom of 750W )

So, again, how much improvement would there be for editing, rendering and color grading with higher frequency ram under Ryzen?

Thanks!
