I don't have a lot of money to spend but I want to improve my PC to get more FPS in games. Any help would be nice.

MY SPECS

CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor

GPU- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
RAM- DDR4 16GB
Motherboard- BAZOOKA V2

Power Supply- (Need new one)
----------------------------------------------------------

Looking for any room to improve on. I know pc upgrades can be very expensive so all I ask is to keep price low as much as you can. But as of right now I need a new power supply ASAP. I will probably get this stuff in December. Thanks in advance for the help.

What games are you playing? What is your monitor refresh rate and resolution? What speed is your current RAM and is it 2x8gb?
Games I do a lot are
Rust(play this the most)
Garrys mod
Csgo
Minecraft
Payday 2

I have 2 monitors one is 1920x1080 60 Hz and My other one is 1920x1080 165 Hz.
My sticks are 2x8gb Corsair the speed is 1067 MHz, Idk if that is the right thing or not I checked Task Manager and it said that under speed.

To be clear, I'm not recommending you buy new RAM....

What PSU do you currently have? The only thing you've told us is that it needs to be replaced.

What country?

You must have a budget in mind. If I told you $300, is that too much?

Here is a photo of my PSU

I was told I need to get new one.
The country is United States.
For $300 do you mean my GPU or are you talking about my PSU?

Yes, I was saying a PSU will cost you $60-$80, so how much would you be willing to spend on a GPU on top of that.

Let's put it this way, if you just told me you've got a 1080p 165Hz monitor, I'd say you should be looking at RTX2060 or AMD 5700 tier GPUs (~$300) if you want to max out your monitor's refresh rate on any game. Because it's likely a variable refresh rate monitor (and because you don't play uber intensive games) you could drop to the $225-$250 range (GTX1660Ti/GTX1660 Super) if needed.

I could probably spend $300 for both
