Improvements on a bad pc

I have a MEDION AKOYA PC E4026 DR, what is probably very bad, and i don't know anything about computers, what hardware can i buy to improve my gaming quality? it's fully stock right now, and i can only run BF4 on low settings, i would also like to record with my computer, my stats are:
AMD A10-5700 Quad Core processor, Windows 8, AMD Radeon™ HD7660, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, 1 TB HDD, Databay 3, WiFi

Main component for gaming is the Graphics card. 2nd is the Processor. Your graphics card seems ok. Im guessing your processor is the bottleneck. Im pretty sure that processor comes with intergrated graphics which is the 7660. I dont know for sure but it may be the processor thats the bottleneck but im not 100%. Your processor is around the same as mine and my processor made my gaming run badly.
