Honestly, the stock fans should be enough.
However, if you do want aftermarket fans, then this Cougar fan is great: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553002&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
I can guarantee that the cougar fan is much better than the stock fans in the HAF 912. For only $9 a fan, it offers good airflow at a low noise.

These Noctua fans are also great: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-case-fan-nfp121300
Noctua is known for their high quality fans that move a lot of air while staying extremely quiet.

Okay, any recommendations?

with out knowing the exact fans you have not really. you can get your case fan specs by looking on the back of the fan and typing the numbers into a google search, possibly even going to CM's web site you may be able to find out what fans they are. you will want to know the CFM's and the static pressure of your existing fans before looking for new ones. This is so you can get better ones and not worse.
