[SOLVED] In built gpu damaged?? Maybe!!

I recently tried to setup a Amd Radeon 6450 GPU in my PC. I used windows 10 driver manager to install the drivers. But after downloading an error appears saying that the action cannot be completed because the device is in use. Then I done a horrible mistake. I plug out the GPU from amd card and put it into the in in-build one. But I have done so while my PC was on. When I do so, I see a spark and then plug it. Now the problem is my inbuild GPU is not working
I am sure that wire is not faulty because it works fine with and card.
Now my question is how can I make my inbuild GPU work? Or is it dead forever?

You likely killed it. Moving electronics from ACTIVE power sources is an easy way to kill things.
It was necessary to turn the PC off before you moved the gpu.

You get another gpu.
That Radeon 6450 is a paperweight at this point.

Do not transfer hardware while the power supply is still on/plugged in.
