In Disk Management, 'Boot' and 'System' are on two separate drives.

I don't know how this happened. I am 90 percent sure it is my fault though. Here is a picture of what I am dealing with:

Windows 10 is installed on C: and as you can see 'Boot' is on C: as well. But if I only connect C: the computer will not boot. I have to also connect X: which has 'System' and 'Active' (which are missing from C: ).

What I am trying to do is move my OS to a larger SSD. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this without doing a clean installation?

EDIT: I tried something and it forced me to reinstall the OS. I don't know how to delete this question
