in event logs i have loads of "Kernel-Power" warnings and critical warnings

I just took a look in my event Logs today because my computer was frozen for the first time on the lock screen ( one monitor was already on sleep mode and the other was on black screen ) and i have no idea and had to do a reset re-start...

anyone of you guys know why im getting this kernel-power : The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

but to be honest i haven't had any system re-starts or crashes even if i have had this warning..

Event viewer (in my experience) will give you that warning sometimes if not often even if it's just a normal shutdown.

Are there any further issues? If this was a one time thing I'd just ignore it.

Thankyou so much for the quick response... is there a way to find out what caused my PC to get stuck/freeze...

Unless you can replicated it I'm not sure it's going to be super easy.

The logs are there but logs are some times useless.

You could look at the events leading up to the freeze. Most likely (is my guess) it's some kind of software you have installed or a process gone haywire.

hmm.. i just installed cCleaner pro plus last night and i did some Registry fixes and it was on active monitor.. thats the only application i installed for this past few days..
