In-Game Alt-Tab Problem

I play League of Legends on a daily basis, and sometimes i do something bad and decide to spam my keyboard. which i will now accept to never do.

Anyway after spamming my keyboard like a mad man. I've been having this window pop it looks like a settings window, or maybe like if i was opening google chrome, or some folder. While in a game in (alt-tabs) me out and i'm in the desktop screen. it started happening after i spammed my keyboard. its not a HUGE problem but its been happening too often to not notice. I should add that it disappears too quickly for me to tell what it is, all i know its a window that takes me out of my game. thats all i have. Maybe i pressed some weird combination and messes something up?

DUnno last thing I almost broke was not my delicate mouse or keyboard, I learned to stop fist slamming them years ago and hit something else lol. Well if its not the sticky keys window I dont know what to think of man lol

I've been seeing small glimpses and it looks like a command prompt. is there anything i could've pressed to make a command prompt pop up every once in a while?
