Hello,

I'm having random crashes on my PC when I'm playing games; the PC restarts by itself.

HP Omen 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-0100nf
Bought on 27/04/2022
Windows 11 up to date

Specs
Motherboard HanaAOC B550 AM4
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 LHR 10Go
RAM 3733 MT/s HyperX XMP RGB 32 Go
Included Wifi card
SSD WD_BLACK 1 To PCIe NVMe TLC
Cooler Master 800W Gold (90%)
Wireless connection

Audio: Corsair HS65 SURROUND
Keyboard: K95 RGB Pllatinium
Mouse: Scimitar RGB Elite

Monitors:
- BenQ XL2430T
- Acer ED273U P
- iiyama X2483/2481

What I've tried:

1. Complete Windows reinstallation.

2. Using DDU and reinstalling the latest NVidia 576.52 driver in safe mode (Before this action, during crashes I had a buzzing sound and sometimes black flashes on my secondary screens; now they're gone, but the crashes persist).

3. Using HP Hardware and testing all UEFI components, nothing was detected.

dropbox event files

I'm a little lost on what options I have left and I don't know how to analyze the minidumps. Thanks for your help :)

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List of all connected peripherals.

Wired or wireless network?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error code, warning, or even an informational event just before or at the times of the crashes.

PSU: Make and model?

Original to build? (Making the PSU over 3 years old. History of heavy gaming use?)

It's a Cooler Master 800W Gold (90%). I have no other information about PSU, System Information Windows not have Power tab and CPU-Z too.
It's a rented computer so it's already assembled.
I use this computer only for gaming, I think beetween 10 and 20 hours by week.

And I use an Inverter : Inverter amazon link

Yesterday I tried to completely reinstall Windows again, disable automatic driver updates, and install everything manually, but there is still a problem. I will add the minidump to Dropbox.

Thanks

Rented (leased) computer?

Do you perhaps mean that you purchased the computer on some regular payment plan.?

If so, why are you "doing things" to the computer?

Whoever is leasing the computer to you should be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems with the computer's use. At least to some degree. Check your rental agreement.

And, if you make attempts to fix the computer then you may be held liable for the costs of repairing or replacing the computer.

If purchased - then hopefully there is a warranty in place. How long have you had the computer? Noted the computer was bought over three years ago. 27/4/2022. There may be little or no warranty/support remaining.

Also, the Dropbox link appears to require downloading the file.

A download is a problem for 3 immediate reasons: 1) As a matter of my own practices and policies I do not download such files, 2) the link wants to enable cookies, and 3) the link is reporting an unsupported file type.

For the most part, as just a general observation the PSU is a likely suspect.

Instead of a minidump, open Reliability History/Monitor, expand the the Window so all can be seen. Take some screenshots of days with errors etc. that correspond with the crashes.

Post the screenshots here via imgur (www.imgur.com > green "New post" icon).

Yes it's a leasing. Sorry for my english level, I prefer use an auto translator but he makes some mistakes sometimes.

The warranty has expired. I am trying to resolve the issue because I am under a three-year lease, and in case of problems, the provider might offer to change the model, which would require a down payment on the first payment; however, a clause in the lease allows me to keep it for an additional year if I wish, which would save me a year without having to pay a down payment.

To sum up, if it's a hardware issue, regardless of the source, I'll change my PC and let the provider resolve the problem. However, if it's software, I might as well keep the PC for another year; that's fine with me, and it's possible within my lease.

If you can confirm that it's hardware-related, that conclusion is enough for me. No need to diagnose the specific part, just to rule out the possibility of a software error and therefore the impossibility of resolving this problem without changing a part.

Thanks for your help.
